We provide water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and related cleanup services in the Portland metropolitan area. All services are subject to a written estimate or work authorization signed by the property owner or authorized agent.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Verbal estimates are approximate. Final pricing is determined by on-site assessment, the scope of damage, materials, labor, and applicable insurance coverage. Additional charges may apply for hidden damage discovered during work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For insurance claims, the property owner remains responsible for any deductible and non-covered charges.
5. Communications & SMS
By submitting a request through our forms or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us regarding your service request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoPros Of Metro Portland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are performed in accordance with IICRC standards. Except as expressly stated in your service agreement, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to RestoPros Of Metro Portland and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah or Washington County, Oregon.
